Bookkeeper

Sage Environmental Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced, Full Charge Bookkeeper on a part time to full time basis. The ideal candidate is highly motivated with at least 5 years experience.

Responsibilities

Produce monthly Invoice statements
Accounts Receivable, collections
Prepare and maintain employee time sheets
Payroll and expense reimbursement
Payroll taxes
Local, State and Federal monthly, quarterly taxes
Financial statements
Bank account reconciliations
Expense reports

Qualifications

5 years bookkeeping experience
Proficiency using QuickBooks and Excel
Ability to perform accounting transactions

Education

Accounting Degree, Bookkeeping certificate, or both.

Compensation

$15.00 to $21.00 per hour DOE

Operations Supervisor

Sage Environmental Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to manage janitorial operations and advance within our company. The ideal candidate will be: detail oriented, work well with people, be customer-focused, work independently, have a stable and successful employment history, have 3-5 years experience in the janitorial industry, have reliable transportation, and pass a background check.

Duties

Screen, interview and hire potential employees
Train, check and manage multiple crews
Perform quality control checks at client facilities
Administer substitute duties
Administer job scheduling and time-sheets
Deliver supplies and equipment to client facilities
Communicate positively with customers and handle opportunities, concerns and problems
Identify additional cleaning and maintenance needs for current customers

Qualifications

3-5 years management and janitorial experience
Stable and successful work history
Detail oriented
Organized
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Strong people skills
Flexible
Positive attitude
College degree preferred
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Have reliable transportation
